We post products twice per week in batches via Sendle. You will be sent a tracking number automatically when the order is placed. We cannot send to PO Boxes at this time with our selected carrier. You can select Studio pickup as a free option, if you are near Earlwood NSW 2206.

Flowers

We offer Home or Office Delivery for fresh flower orders from our Online Shop. Our studio pickup from Riverview Rd, Earlwood (next to the Cooks River and very close to Wardell Rd) as we have a safe place to leave the flowers for you.

What areas do we deliver to?

We mainly service within 5km of the Inner West / Cooks River.

We cannot offer CBD office delivery at this time due to the wait time for access to deliver.

Please let us know if the flowers need to be ‘wet-wrapped’ for travel beyond 30 minutes which may be compostable wrap or a small jar of fresh water.

Do we send flowers via a courier?

We occasionally use a personal driver or you may see Suzanne and Betty White the greyhound! Getting the flowers to you safely and well hydrated is our #1 goal and part of our Premium Floral Service.

What if the recipient is not home and lives in an apartment building?

Great question! 
If you know the recipient is at work - please send the gift to their work address instead. We would love for you to include the recipients MOBILE NUMBER too. 

If we cannot access a safe place to leave the flowers at their front door, such as via a neighbour or in the building foyer - a full re-delivery fee will be incurred. You can make notes about access on CART CHECKOUT. We will not be responsible for flowers going missing if we need to leave them at a door, or degradation from heat. We will send a picture via mobile phone to you, to confirm delivery has occurred.

Can you deliver the same day I order flowers?

Not at this time.

We select flowers in advance, requesting 2 days' notice ideally. We do not keep flower stock in a retail environment. This aligns with our Eco-Floristry principles and captures the ethos of ‘fresh is best’ and ensures low wastage. If it’s urgent, please call Suzanne directly on 0420 877 186 rather than ordering online as sometimes, we can make it happen.

What days do you deliver?

Currently, we offer Wednesday to Friday delivery.

We have a Flat price Additional Saturday Surcharge of $12 + GST for either Pickup or Delivery.

Our calender will always be up to date one calender month in advance. If you cannot select the day your prefer, it may be because we have blocked that day to do an event or other business activity. Please select your second preference.

Can you offer before or after hours delivery?

Depending on our schedule - yes! We charge a Flat Fee After Hours Surcharge of $25 + GST for this service if we are available.

This is a great idea if you can guarantee the recipient is home or if we have delicate blooms such as Hydrangea onboard that are affected by heat. Particularly in the Summer months, this is a great idea!

What days and times can I pickup from the studio?

We are a home based Studio in a residential area.

Standard business hours are 9am to 4pm. 

After Hours or Saturday Surcharge is additional.

If we cannot be here due to business activity, we will leave you instructions on where we have safely put the flowers for you. Please let us know if the flowers need to be ‘wet-wrapped’ for travel beyond 30 minutes.

Do we offer Funeral tribute flowers delivered for your loved ones funeral service?

Yes, we do. 

Funeral tributes are the casket flowers, not to be confused with sending Condolence flowers.

We include 1 x Sydney metro site delivery into the cost of your funeral tribute flowers. Usually the Funeral Director will advise us of the required date, time and location for the flowers to arrive. We will liaise for a design brief for the casket design based on colours and what is in season at the markets. We craft foam-free florals where possible, so the structure of the flowers may be a little different to what your funeral home is used to. We will liase directly with the Funeral Director to check details so please trust you can leave it to us.

On the day of the Ceremony, if you would like us to pick the flowers up after the service and deliver them to another address/home, this can be arranged at a time to suit for a small delivery fee. Please make sure to mention this to your Funeral Director.

If you are sending Condolence flowers to a funeral service, this will be selected from any of our online shop offerings with a delivery fee. We recommend the Bold Betty or Cover me in Sunshine designs.

Custom options can be discussed directly with Suzanne such as a floral wreath or something more tailored with a specific colour palette or favourite flower. 

Prices start from $149 + GST.

You can make notes for us in the CART CHECKOUT regarding the specific venue, the funeral director details and ceremony start times. Please ensure you include all information such as the Chapel name or Room in a large venue such as a Crematorium.
