As a sole-operated business, we understand the importance of our customers. It is our goal to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their deliveries and that we deliver when we say we will deliver, everytime.
All order requests received are an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Bold Botanicals, and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order. Acceptance of your offer and completion of the contract between us takes place when we start to process your order 2 days prior to delivery.
FRESH FLOWER DELIVERY DATES & AREA
As a part of the checkout process on this website, you will be able to select the date for the delivery of your order in advance. We will make every effort to satisfy your selection, but this cannot be guaranteed. We purchase flowers to order, therefore advance ordering of at least 48 hours is required online.
At this time, we do not deliver to CBD buildings in Sydney centre. If Re-delivery is required due to a safe place not being available to leave the flowers, you will be contacted and incur another delivery fee. Please check your recipient is at the intended address on the selected date of delivery, or consider picking up from our studio in the inner west.
Our studio is located at Earlwood 2206. Parking is available onsite or we can arrange Curbside pickup for your convenience. Pickup times during our business hours must be arranged with advance notice as we are not a retail environment.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you wish to alter your order or subscription, please do so by us at email@example.com. We’ll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including to the delivery address and in relation to card messages) where we receive not less than 48 hours notice.
YOUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You can cancel single bouquet orders by giving us not less than 48 hours notice prior to the requested delivery date. In those circumstances, a full refund will be given. If a lesser period of notice is given, we will only give a refund if we have not started the preparation of your order at the time notice is given. The easiest way to cancel your order is to call us. Weddings and events carry a separate contract of terms and conditions. This will be sent to you at time of making a deposit payment.
REFUND POLICY – FRESH FLOWERS
Bold Botanicals goes to great lengths to source the very best flowers and products for our customers. Fresh flowers sold online are perishable and a flower’s life span is dependent on the variety, season, environment and care. This results in varied life spans for different flowers.
Flower availability is dependent on seasonality and market availability. As a result, not all goods produced are exactly as pictured on our product catalogue. By accepting these terms and conditions, you are acknowledging there may be material differences and stem count between images and produced goods. Fresh produce has fluctuating prices and availability. You can generally expect your flowers to last 3-7 days provided they are cared for correctly. It is likely they will last 2 weeks if they are Australian natives.
5 steps that will help your flowers to last as long as possible:
- Stems should be cut on an angle (in or under running water if possible) as soon as you receive the flowers and placed into a vase full of fresh water.
- Ensure the vase used is clean and filled full with fresh water
- Always keep an eye on the water levels and change the water completely every two days
- Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight
- Keep the flowers away from drafts and air-conditioning, or extreme temperature changes.
If you feel the flowers have not lasted for at least 3 days let us know within this time by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Bold Botanicals reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers. Bold Botanicals requires that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers be communicated to our Team within 72 hours of delivery.
To assist us in quality control, we request to collect the original flowers. Regrettably, we cannot arrange a redelivery of replacement flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of or detailed images are unavailable. REFUND POLICY – OTHER ITEMS
Other items from our website such as Kenzans, homewares or lifestyle products purchased and shipped cannot be refunded or exchanged for change of mind.
We ship out purchases twice per week. You will be notified via email or text of your tracking number. Please use this number to follow your consignment.
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. The processing fees will be passed on to you. We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details. We also accept direct deposit to our bank account for weddings and events. Please email a payment remittance to firstname.lastname@example.org in this event.
Gifts Which Include Alcohol & Liquor
Bold Botanicals sells food hampers and flower arrangements that may be delivered with alcohol as gifts. This alcohol cannot be sold separately, but rather, may form part of a genuine gift only. The maximum volume of alcohol cannot exceed 2 Litres. In accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1998, we do not sell or supply alcohol to, or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Gifts which include alcohol cannot be delivered to the orderer/purchaser, nor can it be delivered to, or accepted by a minor, nor can the gift be left at the premises without being accepted by an adult. Gifts must be delivered between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
